At 8MCC/PMC we take our projects and their execution very seriously and hence act as Client Representatives at every stage of the project. We don’t just act as Managers, but we take the complete ownership of the projects we undertake and act as liaison of our customers to ensure that all their needs and interests are met, right from the discovery phase to the execution/hand-over phase.
Although we are a Project Management Company providing end-to-end Project Management Services (pre-construction to post construction), Design Services (with our integrated in-house design army), Development Solutions (from assessing feasibility, viability of projects to complete hand-over), Cost Consultancy and Real Estate Allied Services. But keeping up with the industry’s need of the hour, we understand how important it is to work in synergy with clients and stakeholders; hence, we act as Client Representatives-running the show on their behalf! From the commencement of the project, we take the baton from our clients and share roles and responsibilities ensuring all their needs are met in time, with zero disruption.

Feasibility Analysis
Within Feasibility Analysis we assess the viability of the project before its inception. The Development team at 8MCC/PMC can assist Clients (land owners) in defining the objectives of a project and arriving to the “best land use” strategy for the development of the available land bank. 8MCC/PMC can assist in evaluating the lands feasibility, identifying potential investors, legal advisors, and managing a diverse team including market consultants, master planners, and architects for the development of the concept.
Real Estate Advisory
8MCC/PMC undertakes assignments of an advisory nature for various banks, real estate funds, individuals and organisations, looking to invest in the real estate market in India. Our team of professionals provide project-specific advice on the creative, technical, and administrative know-how required to develop a sound strategy both for developers and investors.
As Real Estate Advisors, 8MCC/PMC can assist in pre-construction due diligence, followed by ongoing periodic audits at site after the commencement of construction.
Techno Commercial Due Diligence
This service is best-suited for renovating, restoring or recreating old buildings/projects. As a part of this service we assist our clients in the technical evaluation of pre-existing buildings and projects.
Evaluation entails review and reporting on the property’s overall physical condition, pertinent components or building systems, physical deficiencies and conditions that would limit the expected useful life of major components or systems and provision of estimated costs to remedy physical deficiencies and annual capital reserve expenditures.

In Turnkey or ready-to-sell projects, we build to buyer’s exact specification.
Design & Build
As the name suggest, from designing to building, we take care of end-to-end services that are involved in completion of projects.

In this model, we act as a Consultant to the owner in the development and design phases providing pre-construction services and then offer construction and contracting solutions during the construction stage.
